I look for great customer service. I've bought promo products for +25 years, and products tend to be similar vendor to vendor. There was a bit of a snag in this process for us, but the AMAZING customer service saved my day!! She was immediately responsive, direct, and honest. Add to that: the imprinting was gorgeous. Ink coverage was very thick to cover well and be durable, but not so thick to be "goopy" or sloppy. All-in-all, my recent purchase was a perfect experience.
