I just want to say I am very grateful and appreciative of Caitlin from customer care. It really goes a long way when a company takes the time to make things right. She personally reached out and offered to send the correct order. Although I can’t get the lost time back, there will be plenty more events where I can hand out the keychains. I didn’t complain with the intention of getting anything for free, but I’m glad it worked out and truly appreciate the excellent follow-up.

This may be the first negative review I’ve ever left, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I want to start by thanking Matt Suraci for his help and for always responding promptly. However, I was very dissatisfied with my recent order. I had a very important event for my nonprofit soccer club, where I was going to be with many parents and clients, and I had ordered promotional items to hand out. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect three times. I had approved a specific green color for my logo, providing the exact hex code and details. Even after approving the proof, the first shipment came with the wrong color and missing details on the back of the keychains. After reaching out and providing a picture of the original approved proof, they resent the order—but the second shipment was also wrong: the color was correct, but the back still had missing details. Ultimately, I had to give out the keychains as-is, which was not what I intended. While I appreciate Matt’s responsiveness, I highly doubt I will use this company again or recommend them. I’m sorry to leave this negative review, but this reflects my true experience.

These are exactly what I had hoped for! However, there is a very strong odor when opening the box. And it persists even weeks later when opening the storage container where I have placed the keychains. Whatever the material is made of seems to be emitting this odor.
