My lamp arrived missing a part and I’m still waiting for any form of helpful assistance. Since reporting it, their so-called Customer “Don’t Care” team has done absolutely nothing,using stalling tactics to delay and commenting on how exceptionally busy they are with Black Friday sale. Sporadic updates, no solutions and no way to speak to an actual human being on the phone. This company clearly puts sales first and customer support dead last. I would not recommend them to anyone.
