The product was damaged. Customer services took forever to get back to me, I had to badger them for a qr code for the return. If a product is faulty then it should be simple to return . When I eventually got a return code I did not send the product back as I wasn’t confident I’d get the refund
Very contemporary & stylish table lamp which looks amazing in the hall of my Edwardian house, plus it’s nice with no cables. Recommended

Dear little light - nice soft light - and great that it produces 3 different effects. Instructions don’t tell you that you need to hold it up to turn it on (and then when you put it down, it will often go off). Despite all that, really like it - bought 3!

faulty on delivery , didnt work , poor connection .
Awful service arrived damaged. Customer service is non existent. Don’t buy
Service has been atrocious. The lamp was faulty. I emailed with no reply, called the store twice who passed a message on but still with no reply and emailed again. After 5 attempts I received an email asking for information already provided. I replied to that and have sent a reminder and no further response to this. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and never again will I purchase from Abigail Ahern. Might be fine if your purchase isn’t faulty but if it is trying to resolve the matter is truly awful.
