Excellent Customer Service
The whole experience with Ableworld was fantastic. We visited the shop in Birkenhead to purchase a rise and recline chair for my father. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient, demonstrating all the suitable chairs and letting dad try them all. There was no hard sell or pushing him towards a more expensive chair and she was very patient. The chair arrived quickly and was delivered on time by two lovely chaps who put it together in the room. I would 100% recommend using Ableworld - fantastic service. Thank you!

Excellent service from the minute you walk into the shop, very knowledgeable staff, especially the manager Clare who remembered me when I went back to make my purchase, walked me to my car with the wheelchair and gave me further instructions about usage , safety , loading and after care

Absolutely fantastic service!
I honestly couldn’t recommend Ableworld enough. My Nan is unable to leave the house, but this wasn’t an issue at all. The team took her measurements in store, spent time going through the different chairs with us and then arranged a home demonstration, which made the whole process so easy.
The delivery was also fantastic. Mark and Will were brilliant — friendly, professional and took the time to run through everything with us, making sure we were completely happy and understood how everything worked.
From start to finish, the service has been great, great, great!
Thank you to the whole Ableworld team for making what could have been a stressful process so straightforward. 5 stars without a doubt!
