I wanted to update my review as I have tried these now. The 2 inch thick Polysorb panels are the ONLY thing that helped me with the noise that is a mix of impact and low frequency noise coming from outside my apartment and polluting my apartment. I wanted to test first without gluing these to the walls (just stacking them up 8 ft tall one on top of each other, they are very light and also have good friction between them so they stay stacked up well) - and the reduction in noise was stunning. I had tried other things (bookcases and such) but these Polysorb panels outpace all the other things I tried in reducing this pernicious noise. Thank you for this product.
Very good, sturdy yet light, acoustic panels. Nice sound absorption and very easy to handle, light and easy to move also; and no harmful chemicals even if you cut them.
