We purchase a custom made copper hood for over an island, two copper sinks, and spigots from Akicon.....the whole experience was overwhelming great! Some how my contractor lost one of the custom sink drains and Akicon sent us another one immediately....at no charge - unheard of in today's world. The whole experience was absolutely amazing!!!

We had been looking for an antique copper kitchen faucet with right hue for awhile with no luck until we found your company. We then found the antique copper ring for the garbage disposal to match. Also, I had inadvertently entered my old ship to address. I replied to my confirmation email asking to have it sent to my new address and your people responded to that request. Overall, great interaction.

At the time of ordering, I was told the item would ship out within 48 hours. It took over a week to ship. When i called to find out why, CS Agent said they tried to reach me to verify which hot water tank i was using to verify it would be compatible. I placed this order AFTER a phone call I initiated to find out which are compatible. The fact that they held up the shipping of my item while waiting for my reply is infuriating. An entire project is being held up by this company. When i order a product, i assume the risk of purchase.

I have previously purchased Akicon products via 3rd party sellers (Amazon or Wayfair) so I have a number of their products in my home but I will avoid purchasing from this company again at all costs. It is not worth the headache and delays when there are SO MANY other companies out there.

The Akicon people are special. From the first call in August 2025 to the last call in January of 2025 with many emails along the way, they were great to help me with information, drawings, pictures, and most important, understanding how important the copper range hood purchase was to us.

Got my stainless steel hood and sink just before the holidays. fast shipping. The sink feels heavy and high quality, and the hood is super bright. My friends have already complimented how good the kitchen looks.

First saw these gas ranges at a trade show. Quality looked legit so we grabbed a cobalt blue one to replace our old stove. The color is absolutely beautiful in our home.

The worst experience ever ! Beware ordering from this site . I order some kitchen handles. to top it off I placed my order and they told me I had to paid $10 extra for a mistake they made so just part of my order was send i had to pay the $10 in order to get my other part of my handles

So far I have purchased a copper paper towel holder. Just received it pretty quickly after ordering and it is beautiful. The quality is very nice! I’m looking to buy a new freestanding copper tub in the near future so I will be doing business with this company again!

Shopped totally on-line. first purchase was a beautiful kitchen faucet, not yet installed as waiting for countertops.

My kitchen cabinet hardware and paper towel holder are scheduled for delivery on 9.10. I'm expecting them to be of the same fine quality as the kitchen faucet

I must say my Akicon experience has been awesome. The delivery time was fast, the packaging was incredible, and the cabinet pulls surpassed my expectations. The quality is superb! I will order from these folks again and I recommend this company to all.

I got a custom stainless steel sink that came with a hanging rod, which is surprisingly useful. It's very sturdy and holds a lot, making it much easier to keep my kitchen organized.

We are building our house and wanted to design our stove vent hood in copper. I contacted several companies and got information and pricing. Then we found Aikon! Daniella has been so helpful and fun to work with. She has answered and found answers to all our questions. She helped me design and now just finalize our hood! We are all excited to see it done!!!

My new sink looks fantastic. The vintage color is a perfect match for my kitchen's style.
