Very poor customer support and…

Very poor customer support and misleading certificate pricing

My overall experience with Alison has been quite disappointing. While the courses claim to be free, the hidden costs for obtaining standard certificates and diplomas are unreasonably high. On top of that, the customer support service is extremely slow and unhelpful when dealing with technical glitches and assessment grading errors. The user interface feels cluttered with aggressive ads, and issue resolution takes forever. They really need to improve their responsiveness and transparency regarding course verification and pricing.
