I am still continuing my learning. Thanks to Alison Academy, I received my Excel for Beginners certificate. I am continuing to learn and improve my skills.
However, in August I paid for the IT Support Certification, but I did not receive the certificate. When I tried to claim it, the system asked me to pay again.
