I recently completed the Alison HACCP…

I recently completed the Alison HACCP Food Safety Certification course and successfully passed. Through this course, I developed a strong understanding of food safety procedures, HACCP principles, contamination prevention, temperature control, personal hygiene standards, allergen management, and legal food safety requirements.

As a restaurant owner and chef, I apply these practices daily in a real kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of food handling, storage, preparation, and customer safety. The course also strengthened my knowledge of hazard analysis, corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
