The course also helped improve my confidence when speaking with customers and colleagues over the phone. The instructions were clear, well-structured, and engaging. I would definitely recommend this

The telephone etiquette course was very informative and practical. I especially liked how the instructor explained professional communication techniques, active listening, and how to handle difficult conversations with confidence and politeness. The examples and real-life scenarios made the lessons easy to understand and apply in daily work situations.
