Very good broker

Very good broker. They gave me no deposit bonus and was able to withdraw my profits within 2 days with no issue.

However, the lot sizing of the bonus really sucks. You cant make a lot of profit trading with 0.001. Thats the only thing i hated about the bonus

Customer support is completely none…

Customer support is completely none existent. Got my account verified and was rewarded with $20 non deposit bonus which cannot be traded on. There's no way I can login to mt5 with credentials given. I wrote customer support a dozen times but no response. It's completely a waste of time.

I received login details however it…

I received login details however it didn't work out for me. I deposited money and logged into MT5 my account appeared as Demo and it only displayed welcome bonus finds. Deposited funds didn't appear in MT5. Right now welcome bonus has expired. I am no longer able to login to MT5 it shows error message that Authorization failed. I ended up deciding to withdraw my capital back to my bank account without putting a single trade

My experience with Amega is very bad as a first timer was referred to your platform too,to get this experience of withdrawing my funds taking forever this is BTC withdrawal,have been deducted and still haven't received my funds, and am not getting anything better too from support,if I don't receive the funds I will not chase again

Overall service is good but I have two issues and will appreciate if it can be address. First one got to do with the withdrawal time especially for some of us using the local mobile money to receive payment.
It’s takes longer time sometimes up to 48 hours to receive our withdrawal and will appreciate if this time limit can be reduce. Secondly your customer service is very poor and the respond time as well especially when you need someone to chat with kindly do something about it. Thank you

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the level of support. At the moment, we offer 24/7 support via an automated chatbot and our comprehensive Help Center. During working hours, you also have access to our live agents via chat, email, or callback. We try to respond as soon as possible but the time difference from country to country sometimes makes it difficult.

Brilliant service

at first, I was unsatisfied that I could not withdraw to the bank account I used to make a deposit because my bank is not list on Amega's list. Worse when my withdrawal was declined, I was not given an explanation, I had to be the one to make contact and ask questions.

But was happy when the Agent suggested that I withdraw to my alternative bank account which was on their list. I withdraw on a Friday afternoon and my withdrawal as approved on Monday & reflected in my bank account on the same day.
