Dear Precise Fana,
In order to protect our clients from overexposure, in rare occasions, and during times of high volatility, leverage may be lowered in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
For example, our record shows that your latest trade during that time closed with a very minor loss of a few cents. Had we not lowered the leverage, your loss could have been much more significant.

We care deeply about the security of our client's funds, but we think you may be confused about the leverage Amega offers. For FX leverage goes up to 1:1000, not 1:100 as you stated in your review. For other assets such as gold, leverage can go up to 1:300. In rare times of extreme volatility, as we had recently, the maximum leverage level may be reduced to protect our client's investments. As every professional trader knows, trading with high leverage during high volatility can be extremely damaging, however, this is not a common occurrence, and not a permanent change.

We are sorry you couldn't find the specific currency pair you were looking for at the moment, but new instruments are added to our platform all the time, to keep up with what's popular in the markets. As far as trading gold goes, we are not exactly sure what you mean by "a lot of money". Of course, as with any legit trading company, opening multiple positions for any instrument requires more margin, however, Amega offers competitive spreads and zero-commission trading.
