Good offers and cars, flexible rates.

There were a few helpful moments, and I appreciate the effort from certain staff, but the overall coordination just wasn’t there. It felt like different parts weren’t really working together, which led to avoidable confusion.

Quick response to all my questions, very nice and helpful staff also the approval process went very quickly and I have absolutely nothing to complain about I received the car clean and smelling good and now I just enjoy driving it

I've got a private lease service from ANWB to get a new Niro EV car from Kia. I had a seamless experience from the application to the delivery process.
Every process was handled online from my side. The estimated delivery date and preparations for the new car were on time. I'm one of the first customers who got their new car in the Netherlands. ANWB brand reliability has a big part in that privilege.

Begin Maart hebben we via de site van de ANWB een private lease auto besteld. Alles is heel vlot verlopen. 22 juli mochten we de auto ophalen. Tot nu toe is alles perfect in orde.

Via de Anwb zijn wij gaan private leasen. Alles was van het begin af aan duidelijk. Eerlijke prijzen met goede voorwaardes. Gewoon super.

I ordered the car online and supply all documents tge same way. The only interaction was when I pick up the car. Everything went very fast and smooth. The car was even delivered earlier than planned. Way to go!

I signed a 5 year private lease contract for an electric car in the first week of January. The expected delivery date has shifted several times (week 20 to week 26, then to week 35 and now to week 44). Already talked to LeasePlan two times. They could not confirm if the car will be delivered in week 44. I feel stuck with this contract with this ever changing delivery dates. I asked if I could cancel the contract as there is so much delay. The response was I will have to pay a penalty equivalent to 3 times the monthly fee!

Wij zijn super blij met onze nieuwe Kia Stonic! Hij rijdt geweldig. De service is top en alles was heel makkelijk te regelen via de ANWB private lease site.

All the process was quick and transparent. All information was swiftly provided in full detail. Also, I believe that prices are competitive. The only downside was that we waited almost 5 months to get the car, but this is nobody's fault. So, you might want to check availability if you are in a rush.

Overall experience was nice. I am quite satisified with the lease service.
Communication with the cutomer can be improved, it was kind of disconnect one Leaseplan took over the engagement.
I choose the color of the car but later I was told that color was not available and given the option for which I had to pay extra amount with no other choice.

Very satisfied with the customer service and service provided with respect to leasing a car, as well as arranging an exchange car until the new car arrives!

As an expat trying to settle in The Netherlands, the fact that the process worked seamlessly relieved a lot of stress.

Leasing via ANWB went as smooth as it could.
The whole process is very well detailed and it is really easy to communicate with the leasing company. The auto offer is huge and everything was handled within the first week.
Because of personal reasons I had to arrange a delayed delivery date for the car, and that went also smooth with the help of the lease company.
One only downside: after a week I still do not have the kentekencard with me; in any case I aligned this with the company and if anything happens they take full responsibility of any fine I may incur.

All in all, a really good experience.
