Installation Team
Both technicians were pleasant and understanding of the home environment. The showed patience when explaining the operation considering the age of the users. I appreciate that the senior level tech was using the installation to mentor the younger tech - so I was understanding that the installation took a bit longer.
Our only concern/complaint was that the techs did not protect the wood floor in the entry vestibule when bringing in tools and equipment, and the floor had a large and deep scratch in it which wasn't noticed until after they left the home. This was disappointing.

Excellent customer service. Wonderful addition to our house. Chairlift is decrete and at the same time beautifully looking. My mother has access to the second floor. It is a lifesaver for us.

Install went well.. Not a completely smooth ride.
Install went well. Installer was friendly and seemed to do a good job. The stair lift runs smoothly until it reaches the halfway point where it encounters a bump. Don’t know if this is normal or not.

Quick response to my initial inquiry . David reached out on weekend to ask if I wanted to set up estimate/measurements early. He explained well the tax exempt process for out of pocket purchase with Rx. Communication and sending of documents/receipts prompt. Demario, the installer was polite, efficient and competent. I was very satisfied with the work and how well it fits into our decor. The installer was friendly and indicated how lovely by he would be when he left briefly for some additional supplies. He came back in that time frame. Everything went very smoothly. The instructions were clear and precise.

Had no issues with Arrow Lift's part of the installation. The only issue we had was a rocker switch that was not in the correct position, and that was diagnosed and handled through a 10 Min. phone call.

I have been very pleased with the performance of the chair lift that was installed. I must note it has only been 6 months since it was installed.
I was very impressed with the installer for his fine work and he also switched controller sides with a which took extra effort but he did it will a smile.
My only disappointment was there is no referral progam since I have wanted to/and have referred other people to Arrow.
