We recently had a stair lift installed and were very pleased with the entire experience. Tyler Oldham was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable during the sales process, and Robert did an excellent job with the installation. Both made the process smooth and stress-free. My mom has been using the stair lift daily and is very happy with it. Highly recommend their service.

Callout to Tyler Oldham and his excellent service.
Wanted to take minute to call out the excellent service and follow up by Tyler Oldham from Arrowlift. From the moment we connected to discuss the possibility of getting a stairlift, that would be funded by Medi-cal, he worked diligently and explored every angle possible to try to make this happen for us. Even when we ran into roadblocks he continued to make himself available to discuss options. While in the end we weren’t able to make it happen, due to Medi-Cal’s budget limitations, his empathy, compassion and determination to help us was so appreciated. He is an exceptional young man.

Finally install

Great salesman and installer
We were lucky enough to have Tyler as our salesman. He started off by coming a few days earlier than our original appointment because we needed our chair ASAP for my dad, so he accommodated our request and came by in the evening. He made us feel very comfortable from the moment he walked in the door, like we were family !! Tyler explained everything that we needed to know about the Stannah chair that we were going to purchase, including the functionality and mechanisms, he even showed us videos which were extremely helpful. My parents are 85 and 88 and Tyler made them feel at ease as it is a big change for my older parents who sometimes feel overwhelmed with something like this, as you can imagine. Tyler was very personable and he didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at all, even though it was a late day for him.
After we purchased the chair lift Tyler made several follow up calls to both me and my parents to make sure everything was going as planned (we had a slight hiccup with a parts issued) and Tyler jumped right on that and fixed the issued. I can't say enough about Tyler, he was extremely efficient and has amazing customer service. And my parents absolutely LOVE their chair. It's been life changing for them. If you are thinking about getting a chair life from Arrow Lift make sure to ask for Tyler as your salesman, you will be very pleased
Alfonso was the installer. He was a very nice young man, neat and clean. He did a beautiful job and showed my parents how to use the lift and made sure they were comfortable using it before he left
All in all, it was a great experience for my parents and myself

Representative was early. He did a great job. The only reason I didn’t get five stars is because part of the unit came apart at the bottom.

All is well when it ends well
Overall, we are happy with the outcome. It took over a year to go from order to installation due to supply chain issues. There was also some confusion and conflicting information regarding the kind of door and wall needed, and we ended up with a suboptimal solution that was probably not required. Once the elevator was installed, we had to have it serviced twice because it stopped working. The good news is that the company was responsive and managed to send a team within days to fix the sensors. It now seems to work fine, and we are hoping that it will continue to do so for years to come.
