Al principio tenía ciertas dudas por tratarse de una joya de gran valor, pero Natalia Romero me explicó cada paso con total transparencia, profesionalidad y amabilidad. Recibí toda la documentación necesaria, las instrucciones de embalaje fueron muy claras y el envío se realizó desde Palma de Mallorca mediante DHL con seguro y seguimiento. Seguí exactamente las indicaciones proporcionadas por Auctentic y en todo momento me sentí segura y acompañada durante el proceso. Lo que más me impresionó fue la rapidez. Desde que entregué el paquete a DHL hasta que el dinero estuvo abonado en mi cuenta bancaria transcurrieron menos de 48 horas. My experience with Auctentic was excellent from start to finish. I sold a GIA-certified 2.80-carat diamond and the entire process was flawless. As it was a high-value item, I initially had some concerns, but Natalia Romero explained every step with complete transparency, professionalism and kindness. I received all the necessary documentation, the packing instructions were very clear, and the shipment was arranged from Palma de Mallorca via DHL with insurance and tracking. I followed the instructions exactly as provided and felt safe and informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was the speed. From the moment I handed the package to DHL until the money was credited to my bank account, less than 48 hours had passed. During that time, the diamond was received, verified, evaluated and the payment was transferred immediately. I would especially like to thank Natalia Romero for her professionalism, availability and prompt responses to all my questions. It is rare nowadays to find a company that handles a transaction of this value with such speed, transparency and professionalism. My experience exceeded all expectations. If you're looking to sell a diamond, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY from this company.

In theory, their entire appraisal and quote process sounds good, but in reality it's the worst experience I had in 10 years when it comes to the luxury industry.

I submitted the pics, the GIA certificate of my diamond, all the specs, all the contact details, and waited. And waited, and waited even more.
After almost two weeks I sent them a follow up via email, asking if there was an issue with my request, and I got no reply for them.

Then after 5 more days, I got an email saying that they saw that my phone number is from outside of the European Union, and they can't work with that.
My phone number is from Romania, which is been part of the EU since 2007.

After I replied to that email, they replied after 4 days saying "yes we know Romania is part of EU, but we only accept quotes from Italy, France and Spain" all these while they claim they accept diamonds from the entire European Union.

The reply came signed by their office manager, so it wasn't just some automated reply bot.

This company is using false advertising for their entire purchase system, and the customer service is POOR and almost non-existent.

I've been selling high-end items, watches, and diamonds for more than 10 years, but I never encountered such an amateur level of doing trade, and business.

I would recommend you AVOIDING this company if you don't want to waste your time.

Totally out of the market with ridiculous offers. When they have to sell, they start from the Rapaport price, when they have to buy, they offer 70/80% of the Rapaport price... Poor thing who ends up with them. Not even close.

i experiencia con Autentic ha sido muy buena. Aunque inicialmente realizar este trámite on-line me daba miedo, todo ha ido super bien, han sido muy atentos y muy respetuosos. Me han ido indicando siempre por avanzado las diferentes opciones a tomar y han respetado el tiempo que he necesitado para tomar decisiones sin sentirme presionada en ningún momento. Para el envío de las joyas el procedimento está muy detallado y es muy seguro. En mi caso he tratado con Natalia, que siempre ha estado pendiente de mis mensajes. Decididamente si tuviese la ocasión repetiria con ellos.
