The Stream XR works very with my Cyrus CDT, the performance in this and streaming mode is excellent played through my ATC SCM 40A's. The stereo image is well defined with a wide sound stage, on good recordings each instrument is positioned correctly and stable. The dynamics of piano comes across with precision, also the voices of presenters on BBC R3 sound natural. However, a poor recording is difficult to listen to, is this the disadvantage of excellent Hi Fi? Summing up I am very happy with my system.

Bit edgy on first switch on & then improves with time switched on. Minor issue with WiFi - nothing to do with the Cyrus
