Software problems let it down with all sorts of glitches. Also having a lossless Bluetooth dongle added but the headphones do not support it is a misfire. The headphones just feel cheap to me and are uncomfortable to me.

Hi Orion,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Sorry to hear the HD 630s haven't lived up to your expectations. Comfort is always a very personal thing with headphones, and what one listener finds comfortable, another may not.
The software issues sound particularly frustrating. Sennheiser has released firmware updates to address various bugs and improve stability, so it's worth making sure everything is fully up to date if you haven't already done so.
If you're still within the returns period, I'd encourage you to get in touch with the Audio T store you purchased them from. They'll be happy to discuss the issues you're experiencing and see whether a return or exchange might be a better solution for you.
Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope we can help find a product that's a better fit for your needs.
All the best

Bought these at the recent Audio T show.
The sound is amazing. Beautifully made. I like the fact they are both wired and wireless.
The app is easy to use to set them up to suit your needs.
Highly recommend
