The instant this advanced Motion Activated Security Light senses anything passing within a 4m radius of its sensors, it throws out a powerful beam of white light. The light will remain on long as there is a presence in the beam, but automatically switches off 20 seconds after movement ceases. The light runs on three AA batteries (not included) and its three super bright LED's are so energy-efficient they provide approx. 50,000 hours of life. I love these lights! They sit on a table very nicely (or I think there are also screws & rawl plugs supplied along with a large round sticky-fixer to attach them / secure them as well / instead.). They are lovely shiny black, which looks great, and very smart & chic in a hunky-chunky way where I have put them! They work very well and quickly - as soon as you come near them they come on, and they also give off enough light to be able to see. I use a couple of them under a table on the mini-landing outside bedrooms, as the light-switch is difficult to find in the dark - and as a result, we don't need to use the main light now. They take 3xAA batteries, so no wires to trip over. They are perfect for me, and just to repeat - I LOVE these lights! :-) :-)
