Had a great experience with Emmaleen. I needed a bespoke ring made from some online images that I had, in came out exactly as I wanted. I increased the size of the diamond after the CAD came back and the changes were made no problem, and very generously they didn't increase the quote. Very happy with the service!

Personal Experience
A bit difficult to find as we were expecting a shop.
Huge selection of rings to chose from and lots of advice given. We asked lots of questions which were answered accurately. Ring arrived in the time stated and was exactly as ordered, and came with full valuation certificate that we could send to insurance company.

The service from Emmaleen at the Austen…
The service from Emmaleen at the Austen & Blake in the Cardiff was amazing.
She went out of her way to make sure all of my queries were answered and samples to be brought into the showroom for me to look at before choosing the perfect ring.
When the ring arrived I was unable to make it to the office right away so at my request she sent me lots of photos of the ring etc so I could check it out before my arrival.
The price and the services provided itself was second to none.

Exceptional service, lovely ring.
The service from Emmaleen at the Austen & Blake in the Cardiff office was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted, got rings in for us to look at and had quite a large collection at the office, we never felt in a rush. Once we received the diamond she encouraged us to take the full half hour to look over the ring and be sure we were happy with it before taking it home. The piece itself was absolutely gorgeous but Emmaleen made the entire process non-stressful and easy.
