Excellent customer service.

I've was very pleased with how quickly my order was processed. The Baby Shop communication is excellent. Also, my parcel arrived before the scheduled delivery date. A big thank you to Rochel for her help with a problem with the child's Hugbino air bed. I couldn't have asked for a quicker resolution to the problem. We are now looking forward to our little granddaughter's visit from interstate. We're sure she'll love the airbed.

Do not buy from this seller

Do not buy from this seller. Purchased a Baby Car Camera | Safety Car Seat Monitor | Vehicle Backseat Baby Display for $119. The company sent the wrong product issued me a reverse camera. Contacted the company and was offered to send the correct item. Advised I was not comfortable with this and wanted to be issued a refund. I did not change my mind I was originally sent the wrong item and the company only replied as I contacted PayPal.

The company advised in order to recieve my refund I need to send the item back but they stopped replying when I asked for a pre paid package to send the item back again considering I didn't do anything wrong the seller sent me the wrong item.

Seller stopped communicating completely. Had to pay for postage for international when the company was advertising as an Australian company!

Save yourself a headache you can buy the exact camera they issued and or claim to sell on Temu for $35!

I've already put in a complaint to the ACCC and also sent photo proof of emails and items they advertised and what was sent. I wouldn't give this company any stars if I could.

Truly an awful customer to deal with. Luckily they are few and far between. For having to deal with this person we have apologised to our customer service staff member & have given them a $50 gift reward voucher.
