Since BAERSkin has not responded to my request, I'm using this review because I have tried to communicate BAERSkin about an exchange with my having made multiple request via phone messages and multiple emails requesting instructions on how to exchange my x large hoodie for a large hoodie ( Order #703L70T2). I'm pretty dissatisfied after many attempts by voice and email. Your products are amazing but making the number of attempts at communicating with you with NO RESPONSE has become frustratingly absurd. My email is marksgreg1@frontier.com and my phone number is 304 676-7786. I simply need to know how to return my x large green hoodie and exchange it for a large green hoodie (Order #703L70T2).
