The car overall is good
The car overall is good. However, the way we contacting the center to fetch us from airport may need improve because I dial twice to center for pickup. Seems like center service answer by system. And it was one way communication. As results, I not sure if they acknowledge my request or I have to call to double confirmed if they are coming. In addition, I have no local contact number. I use public phone to call. In kind of panic in the beginning.

insurance purchased at booking was useless. had to buy another policy at $400+ to cover the rental. what a rip off

We’ve used Bargain on many occasions and many locations.
We don’t find the off airport locations a problem as the pick up bus is always good.

worst company ever
worst company ever, didn't help me with anything got my stuff stolen, car windows smashed and paid more than 3k for a simpler windows smashed for a delinquent. Someone broke the car window 5 days before the booking ended, stole my belongings, and yet they ( Bargains rental )wanted me to pay $5500 for what happened, which wasn't my fault. The police were called, a report was filed, and yet they still blame me and hold me responsible for what happened. I hardly don't recommend rent a car with them

So far so negative
So far so negative. Email request for change of drop off enquiry -unanswered after 24 hours. Phone contact= endless hold music -so far 2 hours of no contact. Unacceptable. I have a business to run.
Shows what they really think of customers.
Maybe very very slightly cheaper--but not worth the miniscule savings.
