Very Satisfying & Worry-free Purchase Experience!

Absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. This store is a breath of fresh air, considering how customer service in many other basketball wen stores is either nonexistent or poor.

Reaching out to customer support was very easy via WhatsApp and the responses were rapid, well communicated and on point addressing my query appropriately. Keep it up!

The products I ordered at 2:30pm, were shipped within 2 HOURS !!! That is some seriously fast shipping. The prices were clearly listed, there were no surprises and the ordering process was uncomplicated. I was promptly informed about the status of my package at every step via email. Hence, I did not have to do a single follow up or worry about anything.

The products were from 2021, so I was worried about their condition given its now 2025. But, again to my happy surprise - they were in mint condition, no signs of being worn or any damage. Even the original box/packaging was undamaged and well intact.

Very happy with the overall experience and Thank You to the Team for delivering what they promise, as well as their kindness when contacted for queries!!
