Not whey isolate
I ordered whey isolate in the same flavor like always, this time it was clearly a different protein powder, different color and different texture. It looked in no way like isolate but like regular whey. Support does not react to my inquiries.

The package arrived incredibly fast
The package arrived incredibly fast, however the marketing claim about gifts for orders over 50 euros is a myth. There were no freebies included at all.

Hi,
Usually, everything is handled mostly well (I ordered three times from Body&Fit, with PostNL as the delivering agent, but in two of those instances, the packaging box was busted, though - and this time around, it seemed intentional, since the hole in the box was wide enough to be able to access the products inside with a hand). However, today, when my package arrived, the gift I had selected (a bag of protein Chips) had been opened. And I believe that half of the gift’s content was missing.
Was somebody too hungry there?
To be fair, I’d like to specify that the main product I paid for (a tub of protein powder) was intact each time.

Overall good, but feel like they are slipping away
Always used them in the past, they had competitive pricing and good products. A few times per year I still order there but nowadays their offering is less competitively priced and other companies carry wider assortments for quality products, so I usually order elsewhere. For example magnesium l-threonate is not available at this time. Another example, for omega-3 I would like to see test-reports for heavy toxins, and other scores. Many products have multiple images but they are exactly the same image.
Could easily be a 5 star, but I feel they became a bigger company with lesser service compared to the earlier days of their existence. I actually wanted to give 3 stars cause that's what I feel like, but it is a bit harsh.
