We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the quality of the A5 notebook you received.
Notebooks typically have lightweight and thin paper as they are intended for office use and decoration. However, we understand if the final result does not meet your expectations. Given our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you are welcome to return the product if you are not happy with it.
We have reviewed the correspondence with my colleague and can confirm that you were initially offered a return and a refund. We apologise if this was not the response you were hoping for, but there is little we can do to alter the paper quality of the notebook.
Since you declined to return your order, we proposed allowing you to keep the notebook with a 15% refund, which you accepted, and was therefore processed on 29.09.24.
Although this matter has been resolved, we are sorry to hear that you remain unsatisfied.
