Terrible service
Terrible. Can't contact them after I received 1 welcome box. Ive been charged for 2 more goodieboxes which I never received. I keep getting invoices for a box plus 50 eu admjn charges on top even after I canceled 😞 absolutely terrible service. I've no where to call or email. Dont go there if you dont want to throw money away or have a stressful cancellation issue.

Idk. At first I was very happy and excited. But then I realized the products are not specified by skin type age or etc. so you can actually use sth that is not spicified for your skin. But some items(mostly make up) are good

Good customer service!
After leaving a message via the chatbot, I was contacted by an employee. They offered me a solution where they had no obligation to do so (i had an allergic reaction to one of the products).
The only thing that could be easier is using the chatbot: on my phone, I wasnt able to upload the photo. I had to use my laptop to do so.

Pickup point is changed
I bought the box at the Goodieshop, chose one pick-up point, instead they brought it to a different city 20km away!!!!
Update: Goodiebox has initiated a full refund and apologised for an inconvenience. Apparently, the delivery company has redirected my order to a different pick up location.

A lot of the products they use are scam products. They companies don’t exist, so they say the price is 100 euros, but in reality it’s very cheap
