The RV exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything worked perfectly throughout our trip, from the kitchen appliances to the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. It was easy to drive, spacious, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable road trip through the Canadian Rockies. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this model again!

We have (for the second time) only good things to say about the staff in Vancouver. Customer service representatives who speak your language (in this case, German) make picking up and dropping off the vehicle incredibly easy. All in all, a 5-star experience. The only downside is the online check-in. It takes forever, and nobody in the middle of preparing for a transatlantic trip really has time to spend an hour or more in front of a computer. This urgently needs to be revised and significantly shortened.

RV was well equipped and worked well. The 29ft long unit we rented was just a bit hard to park during our kayaking outings.

We hoped to get a 24 ft RV but 500 CA$ for a change is nit realistic. The 27 ft RV was well but had a little damage on driver side which distracted while driving and finally lead to touching a wall. Nevertheless the RV was awesome and our feelwell home fir four weeks
