The lady working in the car glass…

The lady working in the car glass Gallarate 339 is very very arrogant.
Instead to assist to explain me
When I ask her the meaning of the word she was rolling her eyes instead.
On the end I ask her the glass temporary is going to be fixed she replied that obviously I am still in the office. How rude…. Sorry to meet person like that…
