Image came off less than 30 days
The image rubbed off in some areas less than 30 days after purchase. Asked for a replacement due to the product image coming off and was denied. No longer using casetify. I’ve been using for years but the price is not worth it anymore.

Enjoy your case — maybe for a few months
After only a few months of owning my case, the art printing is peeling off. I’ve not done anything abrasive, just used my phone as normal. When I reached out with a warranty claim, they said that peeling wasn’t covered by their warranty. Absolutely crazy — they expect their cases to become trash in only a few months. So embarrassing, clearly fast fashion. Shop somewhere else.

Cute but not protective
I disliked the delay in communication of when my phone case was en route and would be delivered to me. After about 10 days or so I received an email that my phone case was on its way, and then in the same day received the email it was delivered. I also feel the products are expensive but don’t deliver the drop/impact protection they advertise, however the products are cute.

I had to put my credit card information…
I had to put my credit card information so many time and it didn’t go thru. Once I used Apple Pay, it got denied the first time and then I had to verify it. This is unusual because I’ve never had a transaction denied before. My friend also had the same issue when I talked to her about this.

Phone case broke after 2 weeks
Phone case broke 2 weeks after receiving it. Contacted customer service about warranty 2 weeks have passed and I have heard nothing about what will be done to replace my case.

Quality Issue - Warranty Denied
I've ordered close to twenty cases and have "gold" status. One of my recent orders is suffering from ink peel off on the edge after 4 months and my warranty claim was denied as normal wear and tear. I'm not impressed with the customer service at all!
