The driver didn't call and just left the food in the room on a table. I have no idea what time they delivered it. I'm guessing a little early as I got to the room at 11:30. While this isn't the normal experience we've had with Bertucci's, we were disappointed with the margharita pizza as we thought it was supposed to be baked with the fresh basil on it. We later found 2 small containers of basil in with the bag of plasticware. The students ate it anyway.

The food was cold because there were no chaffing dishes provided. We were informed (in writing) that there would be chaffing dishes - so we did not purchase any. The day of the delivery - there were no chaffing dishes. The bags did not keep the food hot during the duration of the program - OR even before the lunch started. Our 100 guests were subject to eating cold pasta and salad - that could have caused food safety issues, as well. Horrible service.

Excellent quality, healthy food! The catering boxes made for a nice presentation and even labeled the food in each container in a very professional way. I got lots of compliments from my guests.

Pizza, pasta, and salad oh my! Not to mention dessert! A feast was definitely had by our team and it was well received. Much thanks to Bertucci's for delivering on time and assisting in setup.

Bertucci's had an "off" day--they told me that they made the wrong pizza, and because of that, they had to re-make the pizza and that's why they were 20 minutes late. And then they forgot my order of bottled waters! Just wasn't their day.

Ordering from Bertucci's was amazing! They were right on time and everything was warm still! Everything tasted great and the desserts I ordered (mini cannoli and cookies) were a big hit. Will be ordering from Bertucci's again.

I was wondering why they only gave me 2 meatballs on my spaghetti. Chicken salad was dry and then the person who brought the food in didn't even help set up.
