The food we ordered was outstanding! The portions were generous, and everyone went back for seconds, raving about how delicious everything was. For our holiday luncheon, I selected a variety of dishes: lasagna with meat sauce, penne with creamy pesto sauce, meatballs (all three disappeared in minutes!), penne with ricotta and tomato sauce, and Italian sausage with peppers. The salad dressing was flavorful, and the fresh-baked bread was a perfect touch. I highly recommend Chiparelli’s and will definitely order from them again in the future.

The sandwiches were seasoned well, but unfortunately, they were quite dry and came without any condiments. Additionally, the order was missing basic essentials like plates, napkins, and utensils. The presentation was minimal and didn’t feel complete for a group order. Definitely room for improvement in both packaging and attention to detail.

Overall okay experience, I wouldn’t say it was great or horrible, just okay. The delivery came on time however I was underwhelmed by the customer service of the delivery person and overall presentation of the food for how much money we spent. The food just was in aluminum pans, which kind of were labeled on the top but didn’t have labels for the table. The plates were thrown in a bag with the forks (just forks) and napkins. The pasta had a good taste but you could tell it had been sitting for a while for as the sauce was watery and some of the pasta like the lasagna was mushy. The salad was great. Overall like I said it was just an okay experience. Nothing special. I have had a lot better experiences using other Italian restaurants in little Italy so this was kind of a disappointment.
