The sandwiches are great. We did think that the boxes would have some type of dessert, cookie or a small brownie. We will know next time. But overall, the food was very good and the service was great.

The instruction said to deliver to the first floor training room. To my surprise, I received a text that stated the food was placed in the first floor mail room. I didn’t see the text until almost 20 minutes after it was sent. They also sent what appeared to be an open jug of warm tea, even though it says it comes chilled.

The food was good but the delivery man just dropped the order off with the security guard up front after he called me and I told him I was on my way to meet him in the lobby. The order did not come with napkins or condiments. The pickles were thrown in a bowl with a lid but not wrapped in plastic or put in a separate bag so they leaked all over the food order. I wound up needing more food so I called them and picked up additional food. The additional food order I picked up came with everything I needed and the pickles were individually wrapped. Pick up seems to be better than delivery with Firehouse Subs.
