First off, the drive called me to meet him to pick-up the delivery from the car. Every other time I have ordered from Cater Nation, they have brought the food up and set it up. Secondly, the napkins, plates, knives and forks were all dumped into a bag. This is a hospital and I am feeding cancer patients. The thought of multiple hands touching the prongs of the forks tossed into a bag is disturbing as these are immuno-compromised people. Third, no cups for the soda despite the fact that I asked the driver if there were cups in one of the bags. Fourth, the lasagna was a giant block of cheese with a tiny bit of meat, some noodles and a little bit of sauce - nasty. I know I'll never order from PizzaPapalis again. And the fact that I've had problems just about every month using Cater Nation, I doubt I'll be using this service again, which is a bummer because it does make catering my monthly lunches easier.

Everyone loved the individual pasta lunches. It was a lot of food. However, some of the lettuce looked a little old.

They were on time and the food was great! The only issue was that we ordered 3 2-liter sodas and we only received 3 personal size sodas.

They dropped off the order and left. Someone informed me of the delivery. I think it would have been appropriate for the delivery person to speak to me before they left. But other than that, the food was delicious, fresh and ample!

Food was very good. Lots of compliments. Only issue was all the condiments and utensils were tossed loosely in a grocery bag...loose forks, loose cups of cheese, napkins, plates. Actually I don't think I ordered the setups in order to save money but I got them anyway. Not sure I would order again because of the $200 minimum. I didn't need $200 worth of food.

This was the first time I ordered Pizza Papalis for the team, and it was a big hit!
The food was outstanding, and the delivery driver was great. He as able to maneuver through all of the street close downs around my building and get our food delivered to us. I am very satisfied with our order, and I highly recommend them!
Although the food was excellent a mistake was made on one of my salad orders even though I had specific instructions on my request. The mistake was corrected but it was disappointing none-the-less.
