Ordered dry ribs for the first time from Ruby Tuesday's .... it was for a Partners meeting at our law firm in downtown Baltimore. The Partners raved on and on about how good the RIBS were! I had the Salmon and mashed potatoes, it was good but the ribs were far better! Thanks Ruby Tuesday!!
Unfortunately we experienced an issue with the delivery of all the items that were ordered. Our order included multiple items for 20 people. After the food was delivered, the issue was identified. In reaching out to the person who delivered the food, they suggested reaching out to the restaurant directly. After speaking to the restaurant, it was determined that the issue occurred because when the restaurant printed the order, there were items that were cut off and not appearing on the printed copy of the order. Ruby Tuesday's remedied the situation by delivering the missing items, but it did take 60+ minutes to receive the remaining items and proactive communication with status updates of when to expect these missing items didn't occur. Overall, the situation was remedied, but the missing food items and continuing to call the restaurant to resolve and request updates wasn't ideal.

The food was extremely dry and not fresh especially chicken tenders. No sauces were given with any of the meals. One of the food containers arrived opened and food was all over the bag. We will never purchase it again.
