The order was late getting there, was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 am and did not arrive until 12:20 pm. The hot food (cheeseburger, chicken tenders, etc.) was cold. Salads had wilted lettuce. Consistency of like items were lacking (ex. chicken sandwich one had 1 piece of chicken and the other had 2). Overall they staff complained it was the worst delivered meal that they have ever had for an event. They recommend never to use them for future events.

Good is good, but today the portions seemed very small considering what they used to be. No serving utensils were given for a 22 person lunch.

Sweet tea and lemonade could've been a little sweeter but other than that, it was great! Was flexible with the delivery and they also did what I requested with the meal! Will definitely order from them again! Sorry no pics because the food was gone!

Even though Cater Nation checked with Ruby Tuesday more than once between ordering and when they were supposed to deliver, they did not show up. When Cater Nation reached out to Ruby Tuesday asking what was going on, they said they forgot about the order.
