Tarrant's always has great tasting food, which was the reason for choosing this vendor. We had the sandwich assortment, watermelon salad, greek salad, and dessert assortment. Everything tasted great. With that said, there were comments on the sandwich bread, which was toast and some of the sandwiches were in disarray. The order also a requested a handful of halal sandwiches but the options without bacon were at the bottom of the tray and not easily identifiable. For Cater Nation menu purposes, I think it would be helpful for Tarrants to indicate the sandwich trays to be club and deli sandwiches on toast. Sandwich value was less than to be expected. Logistics: The order arrived about 10 minutes late. When sticking to a tight agenda, and knowing food set up & prep takes some time, we cut it close for our 30-min buffer time. We also ran a couple plates short but luckily had just enough in our stash of supplies. The serving utensils were a bit off--we received enough tongs & spoons but the quantity of each was a flipped. We made due but had to get creative with serving a couple things with spoons rather than tongs.

Tarrant's does an excellent job. This is just an FYI - Someone found a random walnut in their Caesar salad. We know these things happen, but we had an attendee that is severely allergic to nuts. Thankfully, this was not her lunch. Just wanted to make Tarrants aware for the future.

I ordered a Large Mashed Potatoes (serves 16) for $44 and what we got was a 1 quart deli container. It did not even serve the 10 people we had in the meeting. Also the lettuce in the salad was brown. Very disappointing.

Food was delicious, however we ordered buffet style and did not receive any serving utensils, plates, nor eating utensils. I did request to have 30 set ups and received none, which resulted in us having to leave the venue to go purchase what was missing.

Food was good and salads were beautiful. We took a lot of time to ensure names would be on box lunches and they were labeled incorrectly. We did not get enough utensils for salads. And we received several incorrect sandwiches (were supposed to have avocado but didn't). Those things are "poor delivery" for our event. We used them a few weeks ago for something else and everything was 5 star.

The presentation of the pizzas was beautiful, but the taste was different. The garlic was so heavy on the pizzas that it irritated my throat. The pizza order for the pizza with the mushrooms, black olives, beef and extra cheese was modified by Cater Nation to add the costs for the additional items. It was supposed to be mushrooms and black olives all over and beef on half. Because of the changes that were made when the additional charges were added, everything was all over the pizza and the vegetarian in the group had nothing to eat. This was a little disappointing.

I was surprised by the quantity of food. The description for the sandwich platter said it was 16 half sandwiches (8 whole), but the platter only had 9 half sandwiches. I had to run to the grocery store to add a little bit to serve our group. It makes me wonder if one tray was missing from the order. Also, it was served with a very small quantity of chips and some of the tomatoes on the salad had brown spots. The best part of the meal was the dessert platter.
