Easy to order process. Item despatched same day, and received quoted day and, arguably more important, time, via excellent courier.

The first parcel they sent was broken when it arrived. The person who answered the phone was very sympathetic but said she had to pass me to the customer satisfaction team who may take some time to respond. I decided to re-order the products I needed because I wanted them urgently. When the Customer satisfaction team contacted me they apologised thet the item was now out of stock so they would have to send a refund. Luckily I had ordered the last item and it arrived the next day. The refund has not arrived at my bank yet. The item I needed was a large glass bulb, not very well protected by the packaging and with no 'Fragile' warning on the outside of the box. If the packaging and labelling had been better I would not have had to wait an extra day and would not have neede a refund.

Great assistance from.Ian Moore from.CEF aftercare when some lights were delivered but found damagef.Replacements were sent out ASAP and i was kept informed by email throughout. Excellent customer service. Well Done CEF👍🏼

Superfast delivery, the product was exactly as advertised. Reasonably priced. A perfect replacement for my previous Redring shower. Many electrical points and water outlet points. 10 minutes to install.

I purchased my item through the website as I needed the item for some work I was doing at my home address. The transaction was quick and painless. It was obvious that it wasn't a building site or a commercial premises of any sort.
However at 0725 in the morning my door was pounded on and on and on and on by the delivery driver who insisted on heavily and loudly striking the door until we answered, even though there was a doorbell. These actions at 0725 on a weekday morning were wholly inappropriate and unnecessary. My wife was woken up believing that someone was either trying to gain entry to our house or had gained entry to it. This may seem a trivial matter to CEF but if all your employees acted in this manner I have no doubt you'd be receiving complaints daily. Even our neighbours were alarmed at the manner in which this man was banging, it was that loud.
As with alot of companies these days it doesn't seem to matter if you make a complaint, they get your money and that's all that matters. Customer service ends when you hand your money. Maybe I expect too much. But I do wonder what HE would have said if I came banging on his door at that hour of the morning anyday OR the owner/ director / GM of CEF. Maybe they'd think differently then.

Accurate product description made this contactor an exact replacement for out of production Sprecher & Schuh device that had failed. Fitted perfectly into junction box and wiring matched pin for pin...and it works ! Replaced CA4-5-10

Truly a first class service. I could not have expected better.Free delivery and delivered within 24 hours.I did wonder if my 8 foot long LED tube would survive the journey but it was well packaged in an extremely robust cardboard tube.My grateful thanks to all involved in processing my order. I will be delighted to use this company again.

Fantastic service. The item was ordered at about 6.30pm from Biggleswade, and was delivered 300 miles away in Northumberland, about 10 miles South of the Scottish border at lunchtime the next day. The item was exactly as advertised, and very reasonably price. Thank you to the helpful, friendly girl that assisted me in placing the order, ( I apologise if I’m wrong ) but I believer her name was Claire.

Good online web sales setup, my order was only let down by inadequate packaging for delivery. I bought a variety of LED lamp replacements, for 5ft fluorescent and PLL 55w, which arrived in a strong cardboard tube but without any internal packing to stop 5ft flu's rattling around and arriving such when opening cardboard tube I'd got a pile of broken glass. I phoned to advise this and was referred to Customer Services who apparently needed 24 hrs before they could speak to me, and still haven't, 2 days after delivery.

At the price paid, a Milwaukee tool from eBay would have been a Chinese copy of poor quality, not made in Germany as branded on this tool. It registered ok on the Milwaukee site for 3 year warranty using the label serial numbers, so must be authentic. Finally CEF delivered the following day with no charge unless you choose a set delivery slot of morning or afternoon.

Ordering was extremely easy , kept informed and arrived on time .

One of two identical items in my order was broken. Having sent a photo of the damage, I was immediately phoned by Lisa. I received an apology and a replacement was arranged, which arrived early the next day. Lisa also told me to get in touch if I found the other item did not work, even though it looked unbroken. Excellent customer service thank you.

Good prompt delivery that arrived on requested day. It would have been better if I had received a time window of when to expect delivery. As it was, the window was all day and it arrived out of the blue, fortunately I was in at the time.
