I signed up with Celsius Network, after reviewing a strong trust pilot rating and after speaking with a Celsius Rep on the phone. I felt comfortable setting up an account. However after my initial deposit was verified by Celsius I was disappointed in several limitations with my account and saw some red flags. I tried to reverse the deposit back to my bank, but again a red flag, I couldn't. So I tried to send the stable coin which was automatically purchased with my deposit to another account. Within 3 weeks of setting up an account with Celsius, I was hacked and someone followed the coin address and tag, and stole that money and more from the sent coin account. I am not saying Celsius is responsible, but I never had a crypto security issue after three years in Crypto. But it happened so I froze my Celsius acct. After adding to my security and getting my cell phone number back I have unfrozed al my accounts, except Celsius. Most have taken a day or two. I have had so much trouble however with Celsius. I started on April 15 and have yet to have my account unfrozen on this 8th day of May, that is three weeks! Be careful out there! H.S.Blues

A good app in crypto space but they have reduced the reward that’s a bummer but other than that a good choice with great promo codes

Abysmal customer service. I am trying to recover a transaction which was wrongly allocated. Provided all of the details more than a week ago. Three replies from customer service telling me they have no timeline for resolution. Coinbase to do the other part of the transaction took one working day.

I signed up and used it. I easily deposited my money into my account and withdrew it without commission. I also got my registration reward instantly. I didn't have any trouble.

Recently heard of a change in the laws that will allow only accredited investors to invest - pretty weird choice, please cancel that as it clearly won't allow most of the new users to benefit from your services (like my cousin in the us)

I openned an account and after 2 weeks all my assets were frozen without further explanation. After a week I am still waiting for an explanation and the return of my assets.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Celsius so far. Other than their recently lowered apy’s- most trustable company in the industry

I thought my experience of investing in Celsius was going to be a positive one but this turned out to be not the case. For over one week I am still being blocked from withdrawing my funds. I have written many emails to ask for a real person to help resolve this problem but I either get a bot answer or a email that puts more hurdles in my way or an email that tells me that they are not able to help me. I hope Alex sees this review for I am sure this is not they way he would want his company to operate. If I get a positive response from this negative review then I will be pleased to update my review.

I use 4 platforms for buyng crypto and storing stable coins for interest. Celsius is by far the best. No fees and the new customer service system is outstanding. I love having a real person to talk to instead of bots. Celsius will always be #1 to me.

Love Celsius!! No fees No lockups and they pay weekly interest on your crypto. They even have a call center.

Being what Celsius referrs to as a "high value" VIP customer.There customer service is less that adequate. customer service reps will not discuss anything about my account with me over the phone.They write a ticket and send it to appropriate department.Facts get lost thru lack of 1 on 1 communication, which in turn takes way longer than should to get answers and issues resolved. One would think being a high value customer it would be the opposite 1 on 1 would be the best and right way to handle these customers.They keep telling me 1 on 1 is coming next week??? they've been telling me that for 3 months now. Defiantly raises some concerns for me.

Celsius is giving high rates on your crypto and keeps them safe with 0 complexity. They give regular promotion code which makes you earn money just by sending your crypto there. Team and community is amazing, they are very transparent with weekly direct videos where you can ask CEO anything.

So I have been on the Celsius App since December 2019. Made my first small deposit in January of 2022. Didn't really pay much attention until July of 2020 when I saw all of my weekly rewards start stacking up. Started listening to the AMAs and joined a few communities and then I was hooked! I deposited more of crypto and I have been earning some great yield every since.

I started to look at their loans more closely and thought it was too good to be true. So I tested it out with a small loan. To have the ability to take out a loan in a matter of minutes, is pretty amazing. The process is quick and easy.

The whole ETHOS of Celsius to to do good by the community and I think they do that well. They do things in the best interest of the community and they do it all with NO FEES.

I highly recommend anyone that is looking to achieve financial independence, add the Celsius App and transfer a portion of their portfolio that they are comfortable with.

Celsius is excellently graduated on the American continent. Sophisticated marketing, certificates and permits for Crypto activities. I just feel like they make money from the incompetence of their clients.
