The air filter should be bigger to take in more air so it will last a bit longer without glogging when in dusty conditions. THIS IS NOT A FAULT of JONO and JOHNO it is the designer/manufacturer of the engine and intake housing for the filter. A bigger filter cannot fit into the housing that is fitted to the engine.
