I don’t believe this is human hair
I don’t believe this is human hair. It wasn’t the right colour match so I dyed it, like I’ve don’t with previous human hair I’ve bought, this must be mixed in some way with synthetic because some of the hair dyed but a lot of it didn’t, and I coated it, but it did take to some part and not others, so I don’t really trust it’s human hair.

Amazing customer service from Briony!
I have used Cliphair for a number of years I recommend the hair to everyone as the quality is amazing and you get a long period out of the hair.
I recently ordered some hair and the delivery service lost my order, I reached out to customer service and Briony replied within the hour and sent me a replacement the customer service I received is second to none thank you so much! X

Fab customer service from Sarah
My order was sent via DPD and they didn't delivery due to their own error and returned my 3 packs of nano hair extensions to Clip hair. Problem being my client was due to come in couple of days later and have them installed. I call Clip Hair slightly panic stricken and spoke to the most AMAZING person Sarah !! She could see they were returning the parcel so rearranged for new hair to be shipped out next day via Royal Mail before 1pm at no cost. What amazing customer service. I have been using this hair for some time now and cant go wrong very pleased with my experience.

Very disappointing experience
I spent over £200 on hair extensions, only for my parcel to be delivered to the wrong property by DPD. The proof of delivery clearly showed a completely different house, meaning I never received my order. As a result, I had to cancel my hair appointment and lost the deposit I had already paid, leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own. What disappointed me most was the customer service. Instead of focusing on the fact that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong location, I was questioned about my address and told it “looked like two different addresses.” My delivery details were entered correctly. My address consists of a flat number, a building name and a street address, which together make up one valid postal address, not two separate addresses.
Although an investigation has now been opened, I’ve been told it could take weeks before I receive a refund or replacement. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a courier’s mistake.
Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution when the error was clearly not mine.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that the original delivery address entered at checkout contained two different street names.
We can also confirm that your non-delivery claim is currently being investigated by DPD. These investigations are carried out directly by the courier and, whilst we appreciate this is frustrating, we do need to allow them time to complete their enquiries before a resolution can be reached.
Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the case and, as promised, we will be in touch with you as soon as we receive an update from DPD. We appreciate your patience while the investigation is ongoing.
My third order from them!
I change my hair colour a lot, as well as grow it out, chop it off, so clip ins are great for me because I can change the length and colour when I want too. I’ve had brown ones, red ones and blonde ones. I got the ultra volume because I have very thick hair and a blunt bob. I plaited my hair in sections and clipped it up and then placed the clip ins over the top. They looked great, stayed in all night and held my curls really well. I also think they are very fairly priced and it’s great they offer Klarna. I only really trust this brand for clip ins and it’s worth it to get real hair over synthetic cause you can only wear those once and then have to get rid.

The hair came on time
The hair came on time. I ordered 22 inch Remy royale double drawn human hair tapes . I’ve had it in since the 8th of July. The hair is now awful. Bushy at the bottoms. Being a hairdresser myself I use nothing but top quality shampoo. Conditioner and even leave in conditioners and serums. I’ve never had this issue with any extentions I’ve had and once these get removed I will never be ordering from here again also will not be letting any of my clients

My first time ordering and wearing extensions, I'm absolutely over the moon with them. As someone who's hair is very fine I wasn't expecting much but I wish I'd done it sooner.
