Half of my order arrived in great shape, but the other half was loosely packed in an oversized box and completely crumpled. Arriving just a day before my open house left me stuck using damaged prints I paid good money for. Unacceptable packaging—I won't be ordering again.

Exactly how I wanted, 100% met my expectations. Quick process, shipping, not to mention the quality. Thank you. One thing to note, the products weren't bundled and were loose in the box, so when you opened the box, some of the ones on top were bent. That's something to be adjusted. But overall, happy shopper!

Printing itself is flawless. I had a full color full bleed project and every page looks great. A few of the pages were slightly bent on the corners but nothing major. Overall very impressed!

This was my first experience with the company. I plan to use the company again for future products. My greatest concern though is the price for shipping and carrier is not flexible. My small job price increased because of the amount for shipping is very pricey.
