I printed out a PDF of a Men's Health workout and sent it to CC-USA to be printed and bound so I could take it to the gym to use as my weight lifting log. People are looking at it, looking over my shoulder, asking about it, and wishing they could get one. CC-USA did a beautiful job! Let's just say they put some muscle behind it!!!
