We are sorry to see that these arrived in this condition, sadly this does appear to have been caused by incorrect handling by the chosen courier company which appears to have lifted the box by the straps causing the damage seen, we have raised this with the courier in attempt to ensure the drivers are aware on how to handle these moving forward.

Cookology is inconsiderate of customers as they think of themselves alone. A wrong fridge was bought by mistake and needed to be returned in order to purchase the right one. The original Box got torn as the fridge was being taken out of it. I contacted them to let me get a new box to put the fridge inside for return, they blatantly refused and said that the fridge need to be in its original box without any damage, hence it can’t be returned. I will not buy from them again.

Fits perfectly under counter and looks very good next to freezer

This product looks stylish. For an under the counter fridge, there’s plenty of room inside. But more than that, because I use it for catering purposes in my tearoom, it holds the temperature perfectly. Great value for money for a superior product.
