I've now had several laser hair removal sessions with Anouk. Not only is she very professional, she also explains each step of the treatment clearly and makes sure everything goes smoothly. I'm very happy with my treatments and have achieved great results!

Great clinic. Careful and conscientious aestheticians, very clean and comfortable surroundings. Unlike another clinic that I’ve been to, they don’t try and push extra services onto you, and it felt like the customer takes the lead. Everything is carefully explained both before and during the treatment, and a lot of care is taken.

I’ve been going to the Cosmetique Totale Amsterdam Buitenveldert studio for a while now, and it’s a great experience every time, super recommended. Big shout out to my aesthetician Charlotte Kroesbergen, always nice and professional. She really knows what she’s doing, ask for her!!

I have been getting treatments from Heleen for the last couple of months: she has been very professional, friendly, and most importantly has helped my skin improve a lot and given great advice on how to maintain my skin. Would definitely recommend!

I always look forward to my treatments with Indy. She is super friendly and knowledgeable, and she will also advise against treatments which are not suitable for you due to skin type or season. This is very valuable so you can get the best outcome without spending money on unnecessary treatments. (Treatments I've had from Indy: microneedling, acne peel, laser hair removal)

Sophie is amazing! We are working on my acne issues, and the products and service she provided me are amazing! Shes so knowledgeable and kind.
She doesn't make me feel silly, or uncomfortable. 10/10!

Amazing experience with the laser hair removal! Charlotte is really kind, attentive, professional, and definitely knows what she's doing. There were no expectations left unclear at the initial take-in, and following that, I've only been happier with my results!

I haven't met the rest of the team, but there was a time I had to cancel a meeting last minute due to some strikes, and they were understanding enough to reschedule without any overhead. Overall, great customer service, and my future go-to for any derma-related procedures.

Geweldige ervaring met de laserontharing! Charlotte is ontzettend vriendelijk, attent, professioneel en weet duidelijk waar ze mee bezig is. Tijdens het eerste intakegesprek werden alle verwachtingen helder uitgelegd, en sindsdien ben ik alleen maar blijer geworden met mijn resultaten!

Ik heb de rest van het team niet ontmoet, maar er was een keer dat ik op het laatste moment een afspraak moest annuleren vanwege stakingen. Ze waren toen erg begripvol en hebben zonder problemen opnieuw ingepland. Al met al geweldige klantenservice, en mijn vaste adres voor alles wat met huidverzorging te maken heeft.

I had lip filler done at Richmond and my experience was absolutely amazing my nurse was Jelena she was so caring and gentle and did such a wonderful job l would highly recommend her it was my first time with her and it won't be my last l had no problems at all thankyou to cosmetique in Richmond and especially Jelena l will be back soon debbie

I'm really happy with my sessions at Cosmetique Totale. I was recommend by a friend because the quality at the price point is truly worth it. Many beauty clinics are crazy overpriced but CT keeps the prices fair. The clinic in Utrecht is super clean and the people are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They offer fair and transparent payment plans which is really nice for longer and more expensive treatments. They also have an awesome website where you can view and manage all your appointments, and you are always reminded via SMS a week before so you don't miss any. they're also super attentive to your special needs! I can't recommend it enough.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Cosmetique Richmond due to poor communication and lack of accountability from their customer service team.

I initially used their lip filler service in May 2024. A month later, a customer service representative called to follow up and offered me a $50 discount on my next treatment in exchange for leaving a 5-star Google review, which I did in July 2024.

On February 21, 2025, I called their customer service team to book an ultra lip filler treatment, which was currently on promotion for $50 off. I also mentioned my prior review and confirmed that I was eligible for an additional $50 discount. After verifying my review submission, the team assured me that both discounts could be applied, reducing my total to $199. I reconfirmed this twice before proceeding with the booking.

However, upon arriving at the Richmond clinic for my 4:15 PM appointment, the nurse informed me that I could not combine both discounts. Despite my prior confirmation calls, the only note in their system reflected one $50 discount. There was no accountability from their team for this miscommunication between customer service and the clinic.

I had driven 45 minutes across the city only to be turned away due to their internal lack of coordination. When I later called their customer service team and spoke with Sasha at 4:20 PM, she reiterated that vouchers cannot be combined with promotional offers. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, she told me I was free to leave a negative review rather than addressing the issue professionally.

This experience raises serious concerns about the credibility of their reviews, as they actively offer $50 discounts in exchange for 5-star ratings. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and verify all promotional claims thoroughly before booking.

Im happy i found this place. Im less insecure. The lasertreatment is going great and almost no hair in my face anymore. The people are proffesional and sooo sweet. I really recommend

There is a company called cosmetique totale france their website :which is a scam, gets money from you but does not give any products. (its a fraudulent company). They have a website and are VAT registered but it is all a scam. FRAUD. they took my money , gave no products and then stopped responding and stopped using the number i was contacting them on. BE AWARE. Same happened with another person. They scammed 4500$ from us.
