URVASHI was amazing
URVASHI was amazing. Being on hold for 15 minutes was the worst specially with the repeated continuous voice every 3 seconds (literally)but when I finally got through i was well looked after and she even made sure I didnt have to be put on hold with that voice again.

Excellent support
I recently spoke with Trevor and although my request was a bit unusual, he couldn’t have been more helpful.
I’m in the process of buying my dream home a few years after completing my IVA, and I needed some documentation. Trevor was friendly, understanding and sorted everything out quickly. The customer service was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel really easy.
I’m just waiting for another letter from a different team member now, but so far the service has been fantastic. Hopefully I’ll be back very soon to leave another positive review once I’m holding the keys to my dream home! 🤞🏡
