Celebration ship was clean and beautiful, staff was very friendly. Cruise was overcrowded leaving us unable to experience parts of the ship (ie lido pool & frog bar) and some activities (ie any center stage show, evening lido deck parties). Bolt roller coaster was not running which was disappointing. Details about upcoming events (ie formal night, white party, 70s night) were lacking leaving us confused about how and when to dress accordingly. Having booked through CruiseDirect, we received no advance reference material about our ship amenities or procedures. We had to do a lot of research ourselves but clearly that wasn’t enough. Will not book again through CruiseDirect because all they cared about was getting our money and not making it an informative enjoyable first cruise for our family.
