From day one the welcoming and service was excellent. Our cabin was always beautifully cared for plus if we needed anything we knew help was only a phone call away. The food was amazing and you catered for everyone’s needs.
We really like the sounds trip and also facilitated on the cruise. I with my wife enjoying every place like swimming pool. Table tennis.jacuzzi. Etc. that we never play in ever cruise. Especially Tuscan Restaurant serves Miss Wang& waiter Aaron&assistant waiter Dayana give come from Taiwan us a lot of fun and help. Thanks again. We love you all
Cruise was an experience, how persons have been isolated like in concentrations camps and when we left from harbour all the prises were sky-high, 1. Your toilet paper is worse than in our cabin in public toilets in Thailand. We have a retiremet apartment there. We do not need spider-web ! 2. Never seen on board in Europe on cruises and you must pay for water. If you arrive your cabin, you need water, usually, you offer water from Switzerland ( 8$)? Everything on board is totally over-costed. 3. I have talked with several customers on board. This is not only my opinion, 4. Your ship is from Valletta, Malta, I will never come onboard again to any ship registered in Valletta, Never. 5. Your Cruising company do not pay any taxes. Shame on you. I will tell everybody to avoid this cruising company 5.,Your coupongs, About $55/day? Tell me who can drink Coke or any other liquid worth 55$/per day? 6. Your company is very keen still on environment? Every morning we are arriving to harbour, we can see to drain brown-yellloish shit under our cabin? I have videos. 7. Why we must pay the salaries on your service-personnel by tips? I will not pay your personell salary IN ADVANCE before we know the level of service? Usually we pay for service fee AFTER the service we have experienced, You must pay BEFOFE you know did you have any service, Insane.
