The excursion program was good, but the cruise as a whole had several shortcomings; for instance, prior to boarding, I did not receive the exact address of the port or the specific pier from which our ship was departing. Meal service on board was poorly organized, resulting in long queues at several serving stations.
Tender boat organization from the ship to Mykonos was frustrating. We spent an extra hour to leave the ship. Navigating your way on the ship is challenging and there are not enough signs to show your way through.
We had a good time in Costa, but all of us feel the crew in ship are not happy. So no smile on their face except very few guys. I am an airline captain, so I fully understand the main job of crew is not service, but safety. But it is also hotel and restaurant. So we expect some hospitality from crew. So hope you can upgrade your training program for your crew. I and my wife had a very good time in cabin because of my cabin attendant, Mr.Hanifin. He always gives us a bright smile to us and clean the room with his sincerity. Only because of him, we had a wonderful memory on Costa. Hope I can get a better experience on next cruise. Thanks!

Verry good and well organized
Food always cold and not at all tasty. Tables left dirty as staff walked around ignoring them while laughing and joking. Excursions were rushed and disorganized. One plus was that our cabin was always clean and comfortable.
Most of staff were serving without happiness when I felt, of course it is job but whatever reason no one really happy. And the quality of food of the assigned dinner restaurant was not great! Worse than buffet I wish the all staffs serving with smile.
My first experience wasn't very good but then I got used to the ship. There were a lot of things that were broken. Toilet, ice machine, toilet door, etc. There were some great entertainment on board.
The check-in process was fast because we were with the baby and got prioritized. The embarkation day was my granddaugther's 2nd birthday and I requested a birthday cake which she got with the captain's postcard. We were so thrilled! The itinerary was great and tendering process was well organized. The food was delicious and the dinner staff entertainment rose our spirits each day. On the whole, a truly enjoyable and memorable experience that is why I have already booked another cruise (with Costa Smeralda this time) and thinking about Canaries and Cariibeans in the winter time.
Good cruise, but high Greek taxes and service charges. Embarkation took 2 hours, very long queues, so missed dinner slot 1st night.
